• A $15 late fee will be charged if you arrive 15 minutes late.
• If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full price of the service booked.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service amount.
